Services

We have been buying, segregating and recycling the scrap metal. We procure the scrap from the top manufactures in India especially from the car manufactures who deals with top brand in the world. Once the scrap metal are procured we segregate the same in our warehouse and sorted according to the requirement from the customer. The segregated and sorted scrap materials are sold to the iron and steel manufactures for recycling the product to a finished goods. We are also involved in the finished product after the recycling, we take materials from the manufactures and sell it to the end customer at reasonable cost.

Our state of the art Warehouse facility spread over an Acre at Manali, Chennai are well equipped to stock the scrap and steel material. Our facility ensure the processing and recycling of scrap material in a Safe, Organized and Environment friendly manner. Our staff are well experienced to handle the warehouse with all the relevant safety measures for the self and for the product. Apart from the state- of-the-art infrastructure SSS traders also own, well equipped Trucks, Hitachi Crane Magnet for loading & unloading purpose, Bundling Machine, Cutting Machine with capacity of cutting to 60mm.

JCB

In Scrap yard or warehouse safety are foremost important for any organization, at SSS Traders we give 100% safety to our employee. We use latest JCB for lifting, segregating and transferring the scrap.

Crane with Magnet

We use Hitachi magnet machines which are designed for high performance backed by reliable magnet, advanced control system, quick absorption & releasing and auto idling function is added to the magnet machine

Cutting Machine

This cutting machine is applicable for cutting the metal shaped in different cross section like round, square, channel, angle, I shape, plate and various waste structural metal at cold state. It brings convenience to the storage and transportation of scrap metal materials, also offers qualified furnace charge for smelting plant. With large application range, this machine is commonly used as the processing equipment in the metal recycling unit, casting room of factory and machinery construction industry.

Baling Maching

These well-equipped machine are used to crush, compact and bale all kinds of metals (ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal) to increase scrap density for efficient melting and reduce volume for lower transportation and storage costs. Our bundling machines are technologically advanced, semi or fully automatic and PLC controlled, which reduces manual labour, time and cost.
